To place an order, simply browse our online store and add the desired items to your shopping cart. Proceed to the checkout page, where you'll enter your shipping and payment details. Once confirmed, your order will be processed, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Please keep in mind that Nerdlocker uses fraud prevention software and additional step maybe required.

All payments are processed at the time of purchase. Any items ordered with a preorder will not ship until all items are in stock.

Order & Returns

Order processing times may vary depending on the product and its availability. In general, we strive to process orders within 1-3 business days. However, during peak seasons or special promotions, processing times may be slightly longer.

In some cases where extreme weather or other events happen beyond Nerdlocker's control, we will make every effort to inform customers of any delays.

If your order has not yet been fulfilled, we can cancel your order and process a complete refund to your original payment method or as store credit.

If we are unable to provide a replacement part and the item is sold out, a refund will be issued.

We unfortunately cannot cancel orders once they have shipped. You may want information on a return instead.

Our return policy allows you to return eligible items within 30 day period from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be UN-OPENED in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Certain items, such as personalized or intimate goods, may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Any defective item or item damaged in transit can be exchanged for a replacement of the same item (or a replacement part depending on the issue), if you send us the request within 30 days of receiving your order. If the item is no longer available, we will be happy to issue a refund.

We may request that you e-mail a picture of your broken or defective item to help us determine what exactly is wrong and if a replacement part would be helpful.

The following issues do not qualify as a defective product:
